This local salt comes from the marshes in Guérande and is harvested by hand according to traditional methods. It can be used for seasoning dishes before serving and enhancing flavours during cooking. It will subtly enhance the taste of all your culinary creations. This wet salt is perfectly suited to salt mills equipped with Peugeot’s wet salt mechanisms but due to its consistency and humidity level, should not be ground in a conventional salt mill.
