Big Jim’s Carolina Red pairs the tanginess of apple cider vinegar with a hint of brown sugar to complement the natural flavor of your smoked pork and poultry dishes. Crushed red pepper adds that little kick you expect from a classic Carolina sauce, and the result is a family recipe that we know you’ll be proud to serve!
