Description
We began developing these Lavender Bitters as an accompaniment to our Sweet Tea Syrup, and as lighter alternative to our robust Aromatic Bitters. We found a beloved cocktail called “The Daytripper” and Lavender Bitters were an essential element. Working with our friends at Cocktail Punk in Colorado, we had access to gorgeous domestic lavender that was the perfect component to our foray into a more aromatic bitters expression.
If our original bitters are rich, potent and classic, these bitters are elegant, subdued and modern; they are a fresh take on a classic ingredient, and will be right at home with Vodka or Tequila, and bring a freshness to our traditional Gin & Tonic.
